These general terms and conditions of use (the "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for use of the YOLO Corp platform (the "Service"), owned and operated by Matthieu Jacquot, a French entreprise individuelle, whose registered office is located at 11 rue Ducouedic, 29200 Brest (France), registered under SIREN number 750458721 ("Matthieu Jacquot" or "we").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
To access the Service, you must sign in using your GitHub account. By doing so, you authorize us to access public information from your GitHub account, including your email address, GitHub username, and GitHub ID.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account and any activities that occur through your use of the Service.
YOLO Corp is a backend development challenge platform designed for practice and learning purposes. The Service allows users to complete coding challenges to improve their skills.
Important: The challenges and any progress tracked on the platform are for educational and practice purposes only. They do not constitute professional certifications, qualifications, or assessments of competency.
All code you write while using the Service remains entirely your property. YOLO Corp does not access, store, or claim any rights to your code. Tests are executed locally on your own machine.
We only store your challenge progress (last passed level) to track your advancement through the platform.
The Service offers both free and premium tiers. Premium subscriptions unlock additional features as described on our pricing page.
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier.
All payments are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months, unused features, or any other reason.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account at our sole discretion.
Access to the YOLO Corp Discord server is a premium feature. While using the Discord server, you must comply with both these Terms and Discord's own Terms of Service. The same conduct rules apply: be respectful and do not spoil challenges.
The Service, including its design, challenges, content, and branding, is owned by YOLO Corp and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
The challenges are for practice only and do not certify any level of skill or competency.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YOLO Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
